At Diamonds by A.G, every order is handled with the utmost care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely, securely, and on time. Below you will find full details of our shipping process.


1. Free Insured Delivery (UK Orders)

We offer free insured delivery on all UK orders.

All parcels are:

  • Fully insured

  • Tracked end‑to‑end

  • Delivered with a signature required

  • Packaged discreetly for security

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days once dispatched.


2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Ready‑to‑ship items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Made‑to‑order or custom pieces: Production time varies between 7–21 business days, depending on the design. You will receive updates throughout the process.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted, insured couriers.

International orders include:

  • Full tracking

  • Insurance

  • Signature on delivery

Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5–10 business days.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These vary by country and are not included in our prices.


4. Delivery Security

For your protection:

  • We do not leave parcels in safe places

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

  • All deliveries require a signature

If you are not home, the courier will leave a re‑delivery card or arrange collection from a secure location.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to follow your parcel’s journey

If you do not receive tracking within the expected timeframe, contact us at 


6. Delayed or Lost Parcels

Although rare, delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs.

If your parcel appears delayed:

  • Contact us and we will investigate immediately

  • All shipments are insured, so you are fully protected

A replacement or refund will be issued once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Diamonds by A.G is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Parcels returned due to failed delivery attempts

If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re‑delivery.


8. Pre‑Order & Custom Jewellery Shipping

Custom and bespoke pieces require additional production time.

Once completed, they are shipped using the same insured, tracked service as standard orders.

You will receive:

  • A production update

  • A dispatch confirmation

  • Full tracking details
