We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing from Diamonds by A.G. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your jewellery, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Free from scratches, marks, or damage

  • Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories

  • Not resized, altered, or customized after purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non‑Returnable Items

Due to the bespoke nature of certain pieces, the following items are non‑refundable:

  • Custom‑made or personalised jewellery

  • Engraved items

  • Resized rings

  • Special‑order pieces

  • Items purchased during final‑sale promotions

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a secure return address.


Return Shipping

For your protection, all returns must be sent using:

  • Insured, tracked, and signed‑for delivery

  • Original packaging or equivalent secure packaging

Diamonds by A.G is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.


Lifetime Warranty

All Diamonds by A.G jewellery is covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which protects against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by improper care

Repairs outside warranty may incur a fee.
